ABOUT THE DIOCESAN
Bishop Brian T. Hamilton was born in Columbus, Ohio. After his family relocated from London, Ohio to Troy, Ohio, they became members of the Church of Jesus Family in Piqua, Ohio. In 1995, he accepted his call to the ministry and is an ordained Elder of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World. Bishop Hamilton was passed the mantle from Suffragan Bishop Howard Collier in September 2004. He is the current pastor and shepherd of Transformed Life Church formerly named Church of Jesus.
Bishop Hamilton has faithfully served in numerous positions at Transformed Life Church as well as the Ohio District Council and Pentecostal Assemblies of the World. He served as Vice-President for the International Pentecostal Young Peoples Union of Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, President of the Ohio District Council Young Peoples Union; and President of the Southwest Region Young Peoples Union of the Ohio District Council of Pentecostal Churches. He also previously served on the Board of Directors for the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World International Missions Department. Bishop Hamilton was a District Overseer for the Ohio District Council, Suffragan Bishop for the Santo Domingo District Council #63 in the Dominican Republic and currently serves as the Diocesan for the Venezuela District Council of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World.
Bishop Hamilton is very active in the community, he is the founder of the Wood Street Community Development Corporation and has served on several boards. Pastor Hamilton is also a past president of the Piqua Association of Churches. He is a chaplain with the Piqua Police Department. He is the owner of the Intentional Life Network, coaching, consulting, and training company, and Hamilton’s Organic Market.
Bishop Hamilton has a bachelor’s degree in Theology and is a Life Coach. He has one daughter Alahna Grace Hamilton. Bishop Hamilton’s mission in life is to help individuals experience lasting and holistic transformation according to the promises of God.
